About Our HVAC Company
In June 1964, a young ambitious couple, Robert and Millie Rawlings opened the doors of Smith and Rawlings, Inc.
and began providing reliable and quality service of plumbing and heating in Annapolis and surrounding communities.
Several years later, air conditioning services were added.
Established in 1964
Larry Crow, who is now President of the company, started with Smith and Rawlings, Inc. in July of 1977. He started as an apprentice and after a few years, Larry was able to pass first the journeyman and then master HVAC test and receive his HVAC master's license. In 2004, continuing with the family tradition, Sherry Rawlings Crow, accepted a position with and became an officer of Smith and Rawlings, Inc. Bob still stops by weekly to visit.

Excellent service from S&R! I had an emergency with my heat, and they were able to come out and look at my HVAC within 1 day.
